Now that the skies have finally cleared, Ms. Bekkah would like to touch up the paint on the Ohlone mural, beautify the garden/outdoor classroom, and make delicious garden pizza! Join her in the Alamo garden THIS Saturday 5/4, from 10am-1pm, and celebrate her last workday at Alamo as she is heading back to school next year!

Please bring:

  • Clothes you can get PAINT on (she has extra painting shirts if necessary, but they are small)
  • Water
  • Hat
  • A smile!

If you plan to attend, please sign up on this spreadsheet so she has enough pizza ingredients.

Teacher Appreciation Week is next week, and there are lots of opportunities to show your gratitude for all our teachers do for our children.

Starting Monday, May 6th, we'll be providing yummy breakfast treats every morning for teachers in the Faculty Lounge (2nd Floor). Sign up here to bring in something special!

On Wednesday, May 8th, we'll be providing a delicious hosted lunch for the teachers, and need help with set-up, staffing, and clean-up. We also need folks to bring in desserts to go with the lunch. Please sign up here to help!

An email went out on Sunday with suggestions on other activities you can do with your child to get them involved in showing their appreciation.

Thank you for your help!  Please contact Valerie if you have any questions.  Thanks!
