Auction Action: Announcing NYC Fabulous Theme...

To celebrate the diversity of our 75 Morton community located in the heart of this magnificent city, the theme of our 2019 auction will be NYC Fabulous!

We have just a week left before our March 15 item donation deadline and we're still looking for some fabulous NYC donations!  Have a favorite NYC restaurant, museum, or secret hideaway? Ask for a donation or think about what you might be able to offer. Submit your donation online at GiveSmart | 75M Online Donation. Or you can go old school and download the Donation Form

Envelope-sized items can be dropped in our safe (top slot), located in the PTA room (next to the main school office). Larger items should be left with Jill Bennett, our Parent Coordinator extraordinaire, in the main office.

Save the date, arrange for child care and join us at the Live Auction Party on the evening of Thursday, April 4! Email invites going out soon! Tickets are $75 in advance (purchased online) or $100 at the door – and go on sale next week.

Looking for another way to support the auction? Consider being an Auction Sponsor for $500. Sponsorships help underwrite the costs of our event so we can raise as much money as possible for our students. It’s a great way for a business to support the event while exposing its brand to the 75 Morton community. More information on sponsorships HERE.

Community Board 2 Mtg. Mon. Mar. 11 in our Cafeteria - Afterschool on Agenda

Our Community Board 2 Schools & Education Committee holds its monthly meeting this Mon. Mar. 11 at 6:30pm in our Cafeteria. This month, the agenda features an update by Manhattan Youth on it 75M afterschool programs and a discussion of funding needs for on-site programming. We will need additional afterschool "slots" next year to support our increased student body, but those slots are far from assured. Our community will need to advocate – and attending this committee meeting is one way to demonstrate our engagement, support and need!

Also, please remember that the new spring trimester of afterschool programming begins this Monday, Mar. 11. Remind your student that they have a new schedule!
