A PUBLICATION OF THE PTA AND FRIENDS OF ALAMO FOUNDATION
November 2018

In this issue:

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Thank you to Judelle Mallari-Lei and Patty Lui for leading an awesome group of volunteers to ensure a fun and safe carnival for everyone! I always enjoy seeing the children and parents in their Halloween costumes during the parade! Thank you also to the Almanza and Lui families for helping us share Alamo stories with potential families at the Enrollment Fair.

Remember, we gain an extra hour of rest this weekend when the clocks "fall back" an hour. Parent Teacher Conferences start right after we return from our week-long Thanksgiving break so please remember to schedule a time to review your child's progress with his/her teacher.

Happy Thanksgiving!   --Principal Fong

 SPOTLIGHT on MEREDITH WITT

Before joining Alamo's 2nd grade team, Ms. Witt worked as our Education Outside instructor from 2015-2017.
