When we started MySchoolAnywhere back in 2013 our goal was simply to help streamline your directory and data collection processes. Over the years, our service has evolved into a communication, e-commerce and volunteering solution supporting parent groups throughout North America, and a few in Australia and Asia as well.
Likewise, Membership Toolkit has been a leader in the parent organization marketplace since 2011, and we are proud to join them as we share the same core values: to provide exceptional software and service to your parent group and community.
Combining our companies will allow us to provide one single premier solution. Working diligently together, we chose Membership Toolkit as the comprehensive go-forward platform due to their breadth and depth of features. In addition to the features you currently enjoy, you will receive a Special Feature Plan which includes the following upgrades without any change in your current pricing:
In the immediate term, your MySchoolAnywhere account will continue to operate as normal with no change in service. Over the next 4 months, we'll seamlessly transition you to Membership Toolkit with the goal of having you in your new home before the 2019-2020 school year begins.
To be certain, any renewals paid in both 2019 AND 2020 will be at your current MySchoolAnywhere pricing and your subscription term will carry over to your new Membership Toolkit account.
We’ve spent an extensive amount of time with the MembershipToolkit team planning your transition outlined in the following simple steps:
Step1: Simply click below to learn more and get started with Membership Toolkit. While you are getting familiar with the new service, all of your data will remain safe and sound in your MySchoolAnywhere account.
Step 2: Once your account is activated, you’ll receive a Welcome Email that will include your account details and information on training resources designed specifically for MySchoolAnywhere customers including live group web classes, a comprehensive knowledge base and video library.
The Welcome Email will also include a link to schedule an introductory phone call with your dedicated Membership Toolkit support representative who can make sure all your questions are answered.
Step 3: When you are ready, we will migrate your data to your Membership Toolkit account including your MySchoolAnywhere contact details, store products, event signups, and email templates. This ensures you’ll hit the ground running with no disruption in service.
To be clear, nothing will be transferred until you’re ready. You maintain complete control over your data.
Many of you have been customers since we launched MySchoolAnywhere in 2013 and we sincerely thank you for your loyalty and support.
